    Shanghai: Jade Buddha Temple, Yu Garden, Yuyuan Bazaar, Shanghai Tower and the Bund

    You guide will pick up you at airport or the lobby of your hotel in the morning.
    Today we will first visit Jade Buddha Temple. The temple is famous for two beautiful Buddhist statues of Burma jade, which are not only rare cultural relics but also exquisite works of art.
    Located in the southern section of Shanghai, Yu Garden is one of the famous ancient gardens south of the lower reaches of the Yangtze River. And you can walk and shop freely in the Yuyuan Bazaar. It is a famous tourist market and a good place to buy souvenirs.
    Afterwards you will climb the highest building in Shanghai – Shanghai Tower to have splendid view over the city. Then we go to the symbol of Shanghai - the Bund, which offers a living exhibition of buildings of various architectural styles.

    Zhujiajiao Water Town

    Today you will go to visit Zhujiajiao in driving 40 minutes from Shanghai. Located in Qingpu District which is a suburb of Shanghai City, Zhujiajiao is ancient water town well-known throughout the country. The Caogang River flows through the town that is the control point of traffic transportation among Jiangsu, Zhengjiang and Shanghai. Here, multitudes of attractions in the town will catch your eyes: rivers and ports joined each other and nine strips of streets snakes along the banks; thousands of architectures of Ming and Qing styles stand mirroring in the water while 36 ancient bridges register the ambience of antiquity. Sites of historical interests can be found here and there. With the original natural landscape, Zhujiajiao proves itself to be the best-preserved among the four ancient towns in Shanghai An expert once highly praised that with the abundant cultural heritage. Zhujiajiao is not only the treasure of Shanghai, but also the treasure of China. In 1991, Zhujiajiao was named as one of the four famous cultural towns by Shanghai government.
    After the tour, you will be transferred to the airport or train station to your next destination.

In order to have our customers to taste authentic Chinese food and avoid tourist menus, we take food quality, dining environment and travel convenience into consideration when planning your lunch. Therefore , we will arrange a la carte lunch at a local restaurant whenever possible. Lunch a la carte is varied with different recommended restaurants and different cities. You could order the dishes according to your taste under the instructions of your guide. However, in some remote regions where it is difficult to find a non-tourist restaurant, you could have lunch at a local tourist restaurant or in a local family.

They accompany you visiting this city during 8 working hours of each day and they will tell background stories of the tourist places, and show you the secret places to take your best Vehicles of Young's China Travel pictures.
When it is necessary to change your itinerary for unexpected reasons, your private travel guide will suggest alternatives to ensure that you still have an excellent experience.

Private Transfer
With our comfortable and safe private transfer, your trip will be more relaxing and less tiring, keeping you in the best spirits to make the most of your experience in China. In all destinations visited, your vehicle is air-conditioned, clean and expertly maintained. Your private driver is licensed, insured and experienced.
Normally we will arrange vehicles with more space for you and your luggages. Depending on the number of passengers, we generally use sedans or minivans (7 seats) for 4 people or less, large vans or small buses (12-22 seats) for 5 to 12 people, medium cars (33-37 seats) for 13 - 25 people and large buses (more than 45 seats) for more than 25 people.
